Britt Pados, PhD, RN, NNP-BC, CLC, FAHA, FNAP is an Assistant Professor at Boston College in the School of Nursing. Dr. Pados conducts research on feeding and gastrointestinal symptoms in infants with medical complexity, with a particular focus on infants born preterm or with congenital heart disease. She has completed the Trauma Informed Professional certificate and approaches her research and clinical practice from a trauma-informed perspective. She has published research on flow rates from bottle nipples, has developed and published several feeding-related assessment tools, and studies the relationships between feeding and gastrointestinal symptoms in infants with medical complexity.
