Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network
Hannah Pascucci RN, MSN, CPNP-PC serves as the Medical Outreach Director for the Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network. In this role, she works with national organizations to raise awareness of the patient experience of a prenatal diagnosis for clinicians and the best practices regarding a diagnosis experience. She helps coordinate and train the medical outreach volunteers for DSDN to attend and exhibit at medical conferences around the US. She has presented posters at the Down Syndrome Medical Interest Group Annual Symposium, most recently comparing the experience of families who were members of DSDN support groups to those who were not members when their child received a diagnosis of Infantile Spasms. She is also the medical outreach director her local organization, the Flower City Down Syndrome network, and has presented at Pediatric and OBGYN grand rounds at local hospitals.
Outside of her role in the Ds community, Hannah has worked for 15 years as a Registered Nurse in Pediatrics. She completed her Masters in Nursing, and transitioned to a role as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Pediatric Cardiac Care Center at Golisano Children's Hospital in Rochester NY in 2019.
She lives in Western New York with her husband and 2 kids. Her daughter Juliana has Down syndrome.
