Molly has been an NNP for 17 years in a busy urban delivery hospital in Philadelphia. Most recently, she was awarded the CHOP Advanced Practice Provider Educator of the Year (2022) and the Academy of Neonatal Nursing Excellence in Neonatal Nurse practice award (2023). She is also the Associate Program Director for the NNP program at Penn for the past five years and has just finished her DNP at Pitt. As an amateur photographer, Molly also loves spending free time photographing good friends and family and, when the need arises, doing end of life photos at work for the babies and families.
