Brenda Tanguay, MS, RN Clinical Nursing Director Tufts Children's Hospital NICU. Located in Boston Massachusetts we are a Level 3 NICU with 40 beds. I spent 28 years as a bedside RN in the NICU before taking on the role of Nursing Director. As the Nursing Director I aim to provide a culture of collaboration and teamwork. I am passionate about providing family centered care to our families with a multidisciplinary approach including Chld Life, Music Therapy, OT,PT, Speech Therapy and all members of the Medical Team.
