I have been a nursing educator for 27 years. I started my career in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit as a staff nurse, became a certified NNP and continued working as a staff nurse while teaching for 25 years. Over the past 7 years, I have been the undergraduate coordinator and Associate Director of Undergraduate Nursing at Radford University. I received my BSN from Radford University, MSN from Old Dominion University and Nursing Doctorate from Case Western University in 2001.
