Joy Hilliard BSN, RN is a Clinincal Nursing Leader of the NICU at Tufts Children's Hospital in Boston, MA. She has worked at Tufts Medical Center/Tufts Children's Hospital since 1988 but has served as the clinical leader of the NICU for the past 4 years. Throughout her nursing career she has always been interested in achieving the highest level of quality and safety standards in patient care.
