Kathryn Cyphers, RN, BSN, RNC-NIC, CHSE has over 10 years of experience in healthcare. She has spent the majority of her career in the Neonatal ICU working as both a staff nurse and nurse educator. For the last 3 years Kathryn has worked in simulation education. In her current role as Simulation Education Specialist, Kathryn focuses on advancing pediatric care. She is an NRP instructor and has worked to enhace the NRP program at her hospital to be primarily simulation based.
