Member of the Skin Resource Nurse team that develops new policies and staff education to decrease the incidence of skin breakdown, skin conditions and pressure injuries in our neonatal population. Helped develop new diaper dermatitis algorithim in the NICU at the Penn State Children's Hopsital.
