Hi! I am Megan Devonshire BSN, RNC-NIC. I have worked at Hershey Medical Center (Hershey, PA) in our Level IV NICU for the past six and a half years. Of the last six years I have been an active member of our Skin Resource Nurse team for four of them. I enjoy collaborating with the CWOCN team to ensure we are providing the best and most evidence based skin care for all of our patients. My biggest focus over the last few years has been ostomy teaching, HAPI prevention and IAD prevention and treatment.
