My name is Bethany Eldredge MSN,RN and I am a Clinical Practice and Education Specialist in the NICU at CHKD. I have been in various roles in this unit for over 21 years. I have a great passion for the care and outcomes of our tiny patients. I am currently in vharge of the Clinical Orientation for all of our new nurses and am really enjoying teaching them how to know and love what they do.
