Molly Simeone MSN, RN, RNC-NIC is a staff nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Tufts Children’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked at Tufts Children’s Hospital since 2017 and is a preceptor, charge nurse, and the co-chairperson of the NICU Unit Based Council. She has a passion for quality improvement in the NICU and patient safety initiatives.
