Elizabeth Boyle MSN, RNC-NIC is an Education Nurse Specialist in the Neontal/Infnant Intensive Care Unit at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Elizabeth attended the Pennsylvannia State University for her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and went on to complete her Masters in nursing Education at Western Governer's Uniersity. She worked as a clinical nurse in the N/IICU for 6 years prior to transitioning to the Education Nurse Specialist role 3 years ago. Elizabeth is passionalte about utilizing education to empower nurses to deliver excellent evidence based care. She is inspired when influencing the future of nursing through educaiton.
