Tesi Thomas, MSN, RNC-NIC is a clinical nurse educator at North Shore University Hospital, Northwell Heath and an adjunct professor. She has worked in NICU for the past 20 years and had been a strong advocate for evidence base practice. Her passion for teaching has enabled her to serve in hosptial wide committes and participate in local and international community activities.
