Daniel Lemon BSN, RN is a clinical resource nurse at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital NICU. He has worked with Cottage Hospital for 3 years as a clinical nurse II and was recently promoted to clinical resource nurse for the unit. He previously worked at the University of Tennessee Medical Center NICU for 4 years after graduating from the University of Tennessee School of Nursing with his BSN. Daniel has always been passionate about caring for VLBW infants and preventing IVH. He was brought onto the VLBW project shortly after joining Cottage Hospital and eventually penned the VLBW policy for the unit.
