Genevieve Laporte is an RN and Ph.D candidate from the Faculty of Nursing at Université de Montréal, Québec, Canada. She is interested in the lived experiences of families in the neonatal period while specializing in nursing measurement. With her doctoral project, Genevieve aims to develop an instrument to measure family resilience in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) among French Canadian parents of preterm infants.
