I have been a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for the last 27 years. I am originally from Ohio but ha ve been in Florida for 25 years. Currently I work for Nemours Childrens Hospital in their Partnership Division. In one of our Partnership hospitals, we discovered that many of our newborns were hypothermic and potentially cold stressed after delivery and a group of us completed this QI project to guide the staff in ways to prevent this.
