Destini Bannister MSN, RNC-NIC
Destini a NICU nurse of 10+ years with experience in The Bahamas, Bermuda, New York, and most recently Florida. She has a passion for neonatal nursing and education. Destini is a MSN prepared Nurse Educator, and currently occupies the role of Clinical Nurse Manager at a well known recruitment company for international nurses. Her passion for education and mentoring has come full circle with her ability to share her experience of transition to the U.S as a nurse with those she supervises. Destini has also completed a post-MSN certification in Patient Safety & Quality which was well utilized in completing the QA project - Baby It's Cold Outside; Hypothermia in the Newborn Nursery accepted as poster presentations to both NANN and ANN. She continues to seek opportunities to learn and grow in her field and her contributions are invaluable to the lives of her tiny patients.
