Jennifer Morris MS, CPNP, RNC-NIC is the NICU nurse manager at Dayton Children’s Hospital and has been a nurse for 23 years. She received both her bachelor’s and master’s degree at Wright State University. As a manager, Jen Morris has participated in several evidence-based practice projects. Her focus is on patient safety and employee engagement. Ms. Morris served in an active, hands-on role as a leader in the move to the new tower in 2017.
