Tiffany Johnson MSN, RNC-EFM has been a staff nurse for 15 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Dayton Children’s Hospital. Tiffany obtained her Master’s degree at Urbana University in Nursing Administration in June, 2018. While pursuing her Master's degree, she did research on change management in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Tiffany participated in the Evidence Based Practice Scholar program at Dayton Children's Hospital and implemented her project on naso-gastric aspirates and feeding intolerance. Tiffany will start the leadership fellowship in the fall at Soin Medical Center in Fairborn, Ohio
