(1008) Swaddle Bathing: How Bathing Best Practice Generates a Positive Experience for Neonates

Swaddle bathing is the gold standard for bathing stable neonates. This quality improvement initiative worked to break down barriers in place at our organization to increase swaddle bathing compliance. Swaddle bathing is an important component of our nursing care since providing individualized developmentally supportive care is a top priority of our mission.
