Compassion fatigue is very important to discuss in the medical environment today due to the increased demands of the RN and their leaders. This poster explotes ways to combat compassion fatigue to find the joy in the work nurses do every day. In order for nurses to fully care for their patients and their families there needs to be some form of joy or pride found in the work they do every day.
