In the Neonatal units in the Mayo Health System, parents are unable to stay with their baby in the ward setting rooms. Due to this separation, families have identified dissatisfaction. Therefore, we created a solution to bridge the parent-infant separation by implementing a viewing system enabling not only parents, but family and support persons, to see their baby in the hospital at any time.
