Leah Cordova is a Research and Learning Services Librarian at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) – Health Sciences Library. She serves as the liaison to the College of Health Professions, Department of Internal Medicine, and the University's Physicians Assistant Program. She received her MLIS from the University of South Carolina in 2015 and worked at East Carolina University as the STEM Librarian, before joining UTHSC in 2018. Leah is a co-editor for the Southern Expressions Newsletter of the Southern Chapter of the Medical Library Association. Her current research interests include health literacy outreach within health sciences libraries and embedded librarianship to support evidence-based practice.
