Hannah Rutledge, PhD, MLIS, AHIP (she/her/hers) is the Director of the Biomedical Library at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Within MLA, she is the Chair-Elect of the Social Justice and Health Disparities Caucus, a member of the MLA Nominating Committee and the Health Information Professionalism Curriculum Committee, and is active within other caucuses. She is dedicated to supporting staff growth and development, and advocating for safe, welcoming, accessible, and equitable environments for everyone who works in and visits libraries.
