Mary Pat Gage BSN, MLIS, AHIP - Medical Librarian at Baptist Health South Florida. After many years in Wisconsin I recently relocated to South Florida where the Miami Cancer Institute has been the perfect place for me to mix my background as a nurse and medical librarian.
My most important job is to find the evidential research needed to help the BHSF health care workers heal their patients better, faster, and safer.
I am motivated by the healing ministry of BHSF and their persistence in exploring the boundaries of research, technology, and patient satisfaction.
This purposeful work in a beautiful setting keeps me looking forward to each day.
