Andrea McLellan is the Head of Collections and Technical Services at the McMaster University Health Sciences Library in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She is active on the Ontario Council of University Libraries (OCUL) information resource committees, is Chair of the Medical Library Association (MLA) User Experience Caucus, is Communications Co-Chair for the Upstate New York and Ontario Chapter (UNYOC) of the MLA, and participates on the several library advisory boards. Her scholarly interests focus on eResource accessibility, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), the user experience with eResources, interdisciplinary health research, health informatics, and resource and budgetary analysis.
