When we work on big questions, whether related to environmental science or a societal challenge, we can't solve them alone. Teams, or networks, are critical. In this talk, I'll share my experiences building two different networks. The first, the INTERFACE Research Coordination Network, brought together different types of scientists to better understand climate feedbacks from terrestrial ecosystems. The second network linked researchers and stakeholders to produce the Indiana Climate Change Impacts Assessment. This Inspire talk will cover the approaches my collaborators and I used to put each of these networks together, and lessons learned from our experiences with them.
