Rajashree Naik is a PhD student of at Central University of Rajasthan. Her doctoral research is on largest inland saline wetland of India, Sambhar Salt Lake. She was Research Fellow at Uttarakhand Space Application Centre. She is a member of Ecological Society of America, Society of Wetland Scientists (SWS) and British Ecological Society (BES). She has delivered a lecture on monthly webinar series of SWS. She participates in Asian Waterbird Census every year. She is selected for International Travel Award for annual meeting of SWS 2022 and already received Training and Travel Grant award 2020 from BES. She has received research fellowship from Indian Academy of Science. She holds Post Graduate Diploma from Indian Space Research Organisation. She has co-authored in three research publications on wetland ecosystem using advanced remote sensing and geospatial technology.
