John S. Kominoski

John Kominoski is an Associate Professor in the Institute of Environment and Department of Biological Sciences at Florida International University. He is an ecosystem ecologist whose research focuses on how disturbances alter biogeochemical cycling and organic matter processing in terrestrial, freshwater, and coastal ecosystems. John is co-PI of the Florida Coastal Everglades Long Term Ecological Research program.
