Hi, I’m Ana Pineda, Ph.D., founder of “I focus and write”, a resource to help scientists write their papers, get things done, and have a productive, creative, and happy academic life. I do that through my blog, free masterclasses, and online programs combining a passion for a mindful approach to academic life with more than 15 years of research experience. I've worked as an ecologist with microbes, plants, and insects at European Institutions, such as Wageningen University and the Netherlands Institute of Ecology.
