Miridae
A native to the Central Valley of California, Jason grew up in Ripon. Born to Peruvian parents, his worldview has been shaped by his Latin American identity and rural upbringing. He received his MLA from UC Berkeley in 2017 and BS in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara. He is a founding member and organizer of LLAMA, a grassroots 'colectivo' aimed at connecting and uplifting Latinx designers and collaborators across the Americas. He is currently working as a landscape designer for Miridae in Sacrament and previously worked for Mathews Nielsen in NYC.
