Tom Doolittle is a landscape architect with more than 35 years of experience who specializes in program management and project implementation. His portfolio includes complex infrastructure, transportation, and development projects including the Central Artery/Tunnel Project, the I-280/Maumee River Crossing Project in Toledo, OH, and the Harvard University Allston Development Program. He is currently serving as the Owner's Project Manager for Polar Park, a $150 million program to create a new Triple A ballpark in Worcester, MA. The program also includes a parking garage, public open spaces, and private development of office, laboratory, hotel, and residential buildings.
