Sarah H White, PhD is an Assistant Professor in Equine Physiology in the Department of Animal Science at Texas A&M University. Research interests include skeletal muscle energetics in performance horses and beef cattle production. Her lab also investigates mitochondrial dysfunction and regional and systemic inflammation in aging and disease states.
