Corbin Fornes is an undergraduate student in the Department of Animal & Dairy Sciences, as well as the Department of Food Science at Mississippi State University. He participated in the Undergraduate Scholar Research Program within the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. He is working to go to graduate school to further study food science, focusing on meat chemistry. He hopes to one day work as an educator on the subject or work in the industry.
