Atroshchenko Mikhail, senior researcher, the laboratory of cryobiology, the All-Russian Research Institute for Horse Breeding.
He graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology – MVA, named after K.I. Skryabin, specializing in veterinary medicine. He has been engaged in scientific research and practical work in horse reproduction and cryobiology. The main areas of research are: complex research on biochemical markers of cryoresistence of cell structures, cell safety during cryopreservation and hypothermic storage; studying the effect of sperm quality, biochemical composition of sperm plasma and structural cell integrity on stallion sperm fertilization capacity. Now he is working to preserve genetic resources from stallions of stud and local (native) horse breeds of the Russian Federation.
