Julie Walker received her B.S. from North Dakota State University in 1983. She received her Ph.D. from University of Kentucky and M.S. from Purdue University in ruminant nutrition and is currently a professor and Extension Beef Specialist at South Dakota State University. Dr. Walker extension program is focused on cow/calf management especially managing nutrition to improve reproduction performance.
