My name is Ryan Gifford and I am an MS student at Colorado State University serving as a graduate research assistant and the assistant livestock judging coach. I grew up in Eagle Point, OR where my family and I raise registered Angus and Hereford cattle. I started my undergraduate work at Butler Community College in El Dorado, KS where I was on the livestock judging team before I transferred to Oklahoma State University to finish my BS in Animal Science. I am currently working towards an Master's of Animal Science with a focus in ruminant nutrition under Dr. Terry Engle at Colorado State.
