My name is William Taylor Fair BS. I am a current graduate assistant at Tarleton State University where I am studying ruminant nutrition and conducting research on ways to incorporate mesquite wood into the diets of livestock animals. More specifically I am looking at ways to increase the nutritive value of the mesquite wood by ensiling it prior to feeding.
