Cierra Crowell is a current graduate of the Animal Science Undergraduate Program at Southern Illinois University. Her undergraduate work investigates the taste preferences of gestating mares and their offspring. This fall she will begin her Master's Program further investigating palatability of foals with a plan to pursue a career in Equine nutrition.
