Chaoyang Li is a experienced meat scientist, and muscle biologist. Chaoyang has finished his Master's in Applied statisic in Summer 2021 under Dr. Bin Li and is going to obtain his Ph.D degree in Animal Science in December 2021 under Dr. Xing Fu and Dr. Kenneth McMillin from Louisiana State University (LSU). During his time at LSU, Chaoyang works as graduate assistant and is in charge of several reserach projects on both labratory rodents and farm animals including borilers and goats. With great passion for eduation and organizing operation, Chaoyang taught lecutres for growth and development and meat science courses, and trained undergradate students/ graduate student in animal handling, harvest, food processing and the variant labratory analysis techniques.
Chaoyang is also an enthusiastic and skillful statistican who worked as statistical consultant in Department of Experimental Statisitics since 2019, and he has two years experience in helping clients from different departments with experimental design related specific research projects and is skilled at data summerization, visualization, analysis, results reporting, and collaboration in the research paper publis.
