Dr. Angela Boyer received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Animal Science from Missouri State University in 2008 and 2010. Her Ph.D. in Animal Science came from the University of Arkansas in 2013, where she then completed a Post-Doctoral position prior to entering the industry in 2014.
Dr. Boyer joined Phibro Animal Health in 2018 after serving as the Ruminant Nutritionist for Kent Nutrition Group (KNG). Angie primarily functioned as the Dairy Nutritionist with a focus on supporting lactating diets, providing technical support, and focusing on R&D in neonatal calves. Prior to KNG she served as the Director of R&D for the FL Emmert Company, with a focus on fermentation research and product development. Dr. Boyer also maintains adjunct faculty status at both the University of Arkansas and Mississippi State University where she collaborates on various species research projects focusing on industry innovation along with mentoring graduate students from an industry perspective.
