Dr. Mahipal Singh is a Professor and Coordinator of Undergraduate Animal Science Program at the Fort Valley State University. He teaches animal biotechnology, Molecular Biology Techniques and related courses to undergraduate and graduate students and has an active research program in animal biotechnology area. His research interests include livestock reproduction, genetic engineering, stem cells, cryopreservation, genome editing, somatic cell nuclear transfer and understanding limits of postmortem cell/tissue survival & its potential for preserving genetic diversity and cell therapies.
