How do I register for the meeting to gain access to the presentations (once the meeting starts on July 14, 2021?
You need to register for the meeting and pay the associated registration fee online.
Once you register, you will receive a link to access the presentations via email the day of purchase (between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST). If you register after 7:00 PM EST, you will receive access after at 6:00 AM EST the following day.
How do I login and where do I find my "access key"?
If you already registered and need to have your access details resent, click on Login in the upper right of the page and click on "Forgot Access Key".

What formats are the presentations being presented during the meeting for virtual attendees?
Livestream Sessions: These are events taking place at a specific time and will be live-streamed. These will also be recorded and will be available after the meeting as well.
12-Minute Talks (standard oral presentations) and Posters (standard 3-minute poster presentations): The 12-minute talks and posters are all pre-recorded and will be released to our virtual attendees on the day and time the in-person sessions are taking place.
How do I view the presentations?
Livestream Presentations
Livestream Presentations taking place within the CadmiumCD streaming system (Symposia) will be accessed by clicking on the "Live" button located at the bottom on the session pop up window. These events are located under the "Live-Streamed Symposia" tab in the Left Navigation menu and tile.
Live Social events, including the Opening Session will be accessed by using the Zoom Link listed within the event pop-up window. These events are listed under the "Additional Events" tab in the Left Navigation menu and tile.
12-Minute Talk and Poster Presentation
These will be accessed within each presentation's pop-up window. You will see links to access the "Slides and Audio" or just the "PDF" within the window.
Can I ask questions about the presentations to their presenting author and how will the be answered?
Yes, all presentations (live and recorded) have the ability to ask questions to the presenter.
The live presentations will have a Q&A option to ask live questions which will be fielded by the chair of the event and are accessed via the Q&A box in the livestream window under the "Live-Streamed Symposia" tab in the Left Navigation Menu and tile. These questions will be answered live during the symposia you are attending.
The recorded presentations have the Q&A feature that allows you to messge the presenter directly and all presenters have been asked to check their questions throughout the meeting and respond. These are located on the "presentation pop up" when you access the recording and slides once they are launched. These questions go directly to the "Presenting Author" for the 12-minute talk or poster you are viewing. Questions can be asked to the presenting author on the 12-minute talks and posters at any time during the meeting and will be answered by the presenting author throughout the day.

The live presentations taking place in the Symposia will be fielded by the chair during the session and presented to the speakers within the session for "live" answer during the symposia.
The recorded presentations in the 12-minute talks and posters will be responded to within the Q&A window for the presentation. If you ask a question on a presentation, check back under the Q&A button on that presentation later in the day to see the presenting authors response. We have asked presenting authors of the pre-recorded talks and posters to check their Questions section multiple times each day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST.
Will I continue to have access to the talks after the meeting dates?
As in previous years, registrants of the meeting will continue to have access to the talks via their login through the website after the meeting has ended.

These are located under the 12-Minute Talks and Posters tabs on the left navigation menu and the appropriately named tile buttons.
How do I find awardee information, their talks and videos of them accepting their 2021 award?
All awards are listed under the "Awards" tab in the Left Navigation Menu and the Awards Tile button. Make sure you check out the individual awardee pages for their biographies and acceptance videos.
