Medical Student Researcher
Kyle Lakatos, MSc, is a medical student at the University of California, San Francisco. He is an aspiring physician and politician with ambitions to create a culture of health that emphasizes the expansion of community-based systems of care. His goals are to bridge the gap between local San Francisco communities and clinicians through the formation of sustainable collaborations between neighborhood-based community organizations and hospital-based care systems. As a student, he has leveraged his role at UCSF in working with institutional stakeholders to improve the ways the university builds and maintains its community partnerships. In any remaining free time, Kyle enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading a good book, or baking.
