Delayed and nonunion fractures can be frustrating to manage and potentially devastating to the patient. This talk focuses on evaluating the fracture site to determine the potential cause of delayed- or nonunion healing. From there, appropriate surgical intervention is discussed in order to maximize the success of fracture repair.
