This lecture discusses the use of a variety of flap techniques to reconstruct the rostral portion of the upper lip and external nose secondary to trauma or tumor resection, including the use of full-thickness labial advancement flaps, full-thickness labial rotational flaps, labial pivot flaps, transposition skin flaps, and the use of a variation of the “Lip to Lid” technique to reconstruct the external nose.
