Chris Easter has more than twenty-five years of air quality and sustainability consulting experience in technical, project and program management roles. His breadth of capabilities include: air quality compliance, carbon foot-printing, energy efficiency auditing and analysis, sustainability program management and disclosure, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), ISO 14001 auditing and environmental impact reporting and analysis. Chris has successfully completed more than 100 air permit applications, and authored many CEQA and NEPA sections, technical reports and other assessment with complex emissions aspects. He has also directed numerous HRAs based on Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) and Toxic Air Contaminants (TACs) from large manufacturing and wastewater treatment plants, roadways, large distribution sources and other land use area sources. Chris has experience in numerous management standards and reporting structures; ISO 14001, USGBC LEED, ASHRAE and Energy Star standards, GHG and Carbon Credit Inventory Management, Data Management and Dashboarding, CDP and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) sustainability reporting standards. He is a recognized expert in air quality, EMS, sustainability performance metrics strategy and tracking systems and develops solutions for complex green building, environmental, energy, and sustainability challenges for municipal, county and large organization corporate across the United States.
