Pawan has worked for Florida DEP as an engineering specialist over six years and is currently responsible for air permitting across several industrial sectors, including power plants, portland cement plants, and municipal solid waste landfills. Prior to FDEP, Pawan was a research associate with Florida State University where he also received his master’s degree and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
