Upasna Rai

Upasna Rai is an environmental engineer at Koogler & Associates, Inc. In this role, she works in air permitting, related environmental consulting and air dispersion modeling for facilities across the State of Florida. She completed her bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from India and her master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida. As the Education Director of the A&WMA Florida section, she has been actively involved with the student program and hopes to aid in bridging the current professionals with the future.
