Paul Siebert, P.E., BCEE, QEP, CEM is a Principal Technical Manager at Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON). He has over 40 years of environmental experience, primarily in air pollution engineering including air quality emission inventories, air permitting, regulatory applicability assessments, pollution control analyses and compliance evaluations. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, an M.S. in Environmental Pollution Control, and the M.S. in Energy Sources and Utilization, all from Penn State University. Mr. Siebert is a registered professional engineer (in Pennsylvania and Delaware), a Board Certified Environmental Engineer in air pollution control, a Qualified Environmental Professional, and a Certified Energy Manager. Before joining WESTON more than 30 years ago, he spent the previous eight years working on contracts with the U.S. EPA supporting the development of national emission standards (NSPS and NESHAP). At WESTON, Mr. Siebert has been involved in and responsible for the technical quality of hundreds of air permitting and engineering projects. The operations permitted have included chemical processing, manufacturing, surface coating, printing, incineration (municipal, medical, and hazardous waste), cogeneration (fluidized bed and gas turbine), and other combustion units.
